Use this activity to establish an isolation order. An isolation order states how a certain part of a facility should be shut down and started up again, so that the specified work can be carried out under safe conditions. Isolation orders should be established in order to release a permit (if the isolation order is connected to the permit).
Activity can be carried out by clicking on the Start Establishment in the sub command list.
You can amend an established isolation order by changing the status to Reopened For Instructions (In the sub-command list, click Reopen). Once the changes have been made you can set the status back to Establishment Complete.
The isolation order must be approved.
As a result of this activity the isolation order is established and will receive the Establishment Completed status.
