This activity is used to cancel a depreciation plan. Once a depreciation plan is cancelled, you can delete it or retain it with the Cancelled status.
In order to cancel the Depreciation Plan you should select Cancel Depreciation Plan. To delete the depreciation plan, once you cancel the depreciation plan select Delete Depreciation Plan.
A depreciation plan of the status Created or Posted must exist.
As a result of this activity, the depreciation information in the plan will be removed based on the following conditions.\
| Condition | System Effects |
| If the plan is cancelled but not deleted | The depreciation information displayed in the table of the Depreciation Plan window will be removed from the system, but the depreciation plan will be retained with the Cancelled status. |
| If the plan is cancelled and deleted | The depreciation plan will be removed and no longer available to be viewed from Depreciation Plan Overview or Depreciation Plan page. |
