Before the proposal is canceled, the following must have been completed:
As a result of this activity the depreciation calculated by the proposal will be rolled back based on the following conditions.
| Condition | System Effect |
| If the proposal is cancelled but not deleted | The status of the depreciation proposal is changed to Cancelled and it will no longer be possible to modify or post the depreciation proposal. However, it will be possible to view the proposal and the connected depreciation proposal log (if any exists for the proposal). |
| If the proposal is cancelled and deleted | The depreciation proposal will be removed and no longer available to be viewed from Depreciation Proposals or Depreciation Proposal pages. |
