Add Skill Requirement
Explanation
You can add a skill requirement to a task or fault.
The added
skill indicates the skill
required for the task and the number of hours required to complete the work.
Any skills already displayed on the task or fault, are those that were added to the
task or fault beforehand.
You can also modify the number of hours required for the skill and remove
a skill, provided that the task has not been completed or fault has not been
closed.
Prerequisites
- The status of the task is Active or In Work.
- The status of the fault is Open or Deferred.
- Basic data related to the skill and task or fault must be migrated
and synced from your primary M&E system.
System Effects
- The skill requirement is added to the task and displayed on the
Task
Skills page and additionally the Fault Skills
page if the task has a corresponding fault or is only a fault.
