You can mark task steps as not applicable if you identify them as not being relevant for a task.
In the Mobile Forward/Line Maintenance application, to mark a step as not applicable, view the step and mark it as not applicable. When you view steps on a task, and mark them as not applicable, a reason must be provided as to why the step is not applicable and you then need to sign off on this action.
In the Forward/Line Maintenance application, you can mark a step as not applicable when you record work on the task.
