Define Resource Schedules and Capacity Settings

Explanation

This activity is used to define offset parameters for the generation of resource schedules and capacity. Offset values indicate how many days of schedules and capacity details that shall be generated for any resource, based on the system date.

Resource schedules and capacity for individual resources can be viewed in Resource Availability page. Capacity for individual resources, resource groups and resource structures can be viewed in the Resource Analysis page.

System Effects

• Sets offset values that are used to define the period for which resource schedules and capacity should be generated.
• The offset values are set as default values in the Generate Resource Schedules and Capacity dialog. The offset values can be updated in this dialog.
