This activity is used to enter reminder layouts. Reminder layouts can be entered via the Reminder Layouts command on the Reminder Templates page. The reminder layout is connected to the reminder template through the layout ID. In the Reminder Layouts page you define which technical report ID and optionally report layout name (via the drop-down list) that can be used for printing reminders. Default Layout can be enabled if you want a reminder layout to be displayed by default when a new reminder template is created. The following reminder reports (report ID) are available
The layout ID specified on the Print Options section of Reminder Template page specifies which reminder layout has to be used to print the reminders for a reminder template. The report ID and report layout name of the reminder layout is then used to print the reminders when the reminder report is ordered from Customer Reminder Proposal page.
