Import Data Processing Purporses

Explanation

This activity is used for migration of data processing purposes information. It should help when there are large numbers of data subjects that otherwise would have to be processed individually.
The import itself does not result in data anonymization/remove. A proper database task has to be configured and performed afterwards.

Prepare data for migration according to earlier activities and use any data migration tool to perform the migration. To ensure that a data import will be successfull, the migration tool has to be capable of importing data using the dedicated "Personal_Data_Man_Util_API.Migrate_Consent()" method. Otherwise it can result in failure of the Personal Data Management.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity:

• Data subjects must be configured,
• Personal data processing purposes must be registered and configured.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, data processing purposes of selected data subjects will undergo a group update.
