Create Task Card Location
Explanation
This activity is used to define task card locations. Task card locations
are used to identify where on the vehicle (e.g., aircraft, locomotive) the work
is to be performed.
Note: It is not allowed to block task card locations that
are selected for execution logic planning.

System Effects
- Task card locations are defined for use on task cards and subtasks.
- If the Include in Execution Logic Planning option is enabled,
the task card location will be used when generating execution logic structure
templates where task card location is selected as a grouping criteria.
