This activity is used to define modification types. Examples of modification types can be service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and service letters. A modification type must be entered when defining modifications.
The Regulatory Required option is applicable for modifications which are to be transferred to IFS Manufacturing (when using the Complex Assembly MRO solution). When this option is enabled, the given modification type requires regulatory intervention.
