This activity is used to monitor inventory parts at the customer. You can view detailed information about the parts, e.g., the customer who has the parts, number of parts at the customer location, total inventory value of the parts at customer location, etc. When you make a query, you can also group and sum the information as requested.
The inventory parts should have been delivered to customer’s location via the delivery confirmation, customer consignment or part exchange process types.
