IPR Refresh Data

Explanation

This activity is used to refresh the IPR data. The IPR calculation of planning parameters is done for the selected part. The calculation is done by the Demand Plan Server and this will update the reorder point, safety stock and lot size depending on the settings on the inventory part.

Prerequisites

• The Planning Method for the inventory part needs to be B.
• Safety stock model operative value should not be Manual.
• Lot size model operative value should not be Manual.
• Order point model operative value should not be Manual.
• A demand planner server has to be running.

System Effects

The Inventory Part field will be updated.
