Use this activity to initiate the move of a part or a handling unit between a site and/or a remote warehouse using shipment order. The part or handling unit will be added to a new shipment order.
The moving with shipment order can be used in instances where, the part or the handling unit moved required to be transported between a site and/or a remote warehouse, which requires transport outside the warehouse whereas transport task can be used in stock movement inside the warehouse.
A new shipment order will be created in planned state, with the selected part or handling units reserved against the shipment order lines.
