Receive
Assembled Part
Explanation
Through assembly shop orders, overhauled serial object is assembled
together level by level. If the received part is a sub-assembly and there
are no modifications included for the part in the work scope, once received,
the part gets reserved to its parent assembly shop order. If it is the
overhaul object/top part, once ereceived, the part gets reserved to the
dispatch order.
If there are modifications included in the work scope for the part, it is
mandatory to set the modifications to reveiwed prior to receipt of the parts
through Review Assembly Modification action. As a result,
once the assembled part is received, it gets reserved to a repair shop order
that is created to execute the modification.
Prerequisites
- The assembly shop order must be completely issued.
- Included modifications must be reviewed.
