Connect Repair Code to Part Discrepancy
Explanation
The combination of discrepancy code to part and repair codes to part
discrepancy are used later in work scope execution during disposition. When
a discrepancy is identified for a part during disposition, the repair codes
associated with that discrepancy code-part combination are are made
available for the user to select on the release of the disposition shop
order line.
Prerequisites
- Discrepancy codes must be defined.
- Repair codes must be defined.
- Structures transferred from Fleet and Asset Management or parts
which are not in Fleet and Asset Management can be
used to work with.
- Inventory parts must exist.
System Effects
- Parts are connected to discrepancy codes.
- Repair codes are connected to discrepancy code and discrepancy code
parts.
