Void Flight Servicing Activities

Explanation

This activity is used to void a flight servicing activity in cases where data has been entered incorrectly. When a flight servicing activity is voided, it is no longer considered as valid information. This activity can be performed by selecting Void Flight Servicing Activity option from Flight tab.

Prerequisites

To perform this activity, the flight servicing activity must have been defined on the flight log.

System Effects

• The Voided option is enabled automatically on the record in the Flight tab in Flight Log page.
• If information is entered at the time of voiding, this is displayed automatically in the Voiding Information field in the Flight tab in Flight Log page
• The flight servicing activity is no longer valid.
