Analyze Headcount Plan
Explanation
This activity is used to view and analyze details of a headcount plan. This
can be done through various querying operations.
Use advanced search options to find relevant information.
Some examples would be:
- Query for a specific organization unit and position to see the target
headcount for that position in each accounting period. Compare that target
to the current headcount.
- Query for a specific organization unit and period to see the target
headcount for that position in each organization unit. Compare that target
to the current headcount.
- Use right-click actions to see details of current headcount or registered
vacancy requests.
Following detail options are available:
- Headcount Details - Opens the Organization
and Position Assignments window, where you can see employees
who are assigned to the selected position and organization unit.
- Vacancy Details - Opens the Vacancies
window, where you can see details of the registered vacancies (numbers visible
in the Planned and Unplanned Vacancies columns).
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a headcount plan has to be registered.
