Approve Headcount Plan
Explanation
This activity is used to approve a headcount plan. Note that while many headcount
plans can be prepared and marked as completed, only one plan can be approved
as the one to follow.
You have two options:
- To approve the entire headcount plan at once, use Approve (With
Subordinates) option from the header.
- To approve the plan gradually, by marking organization units as approved
one by one, select an organization unit and select Approve
option. This is possible only if all subordinate units have been
approved. When you are ready to approve the entire organization select
Approve (With Subordinates) option on
header.
Prerequisites
In order to perform this activity, a headcount plan has to be in
Completed status.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, a headcount plan will change its status to
Approved.
