Manually recruit employees when you do not have IFS Recruitment module registered and want to employ employees manually. Should you use this activity, it will not be automatically updated, and you will need to manually enter the vacancy request ID under Assignments when you use New Employment assistant to employ a person. There, you will need to enter the ID of the vacancy request to set the connection between the request and the employment.
In order to perform this activity:
The status of the vacancy request will be changed to Fulfilled once an employee is hired into the position using the vacancy Request ID.
