Replan Headcount Plan

Explanation

This activity is used to re-enable the edition of the headcount plan. It should be used when, e.g., you've made a mistake or if the situation has changed and the headcount plan has to be adjusted.

There are several ways to replan the headcount plan:

• To replan an entire headcount plan, use Back To Preliminary (With Subordinates) option on header.
• To replan a single organization unit, use Back to Preliminary on headcount plan of the selected organization unit.
• To replan a whole organization branch, use Back to Preliminary (With Subordinates) on headcount plan of the selected organization branch.

Note: It is only possible to replan a whole plan, a single organization unit, or an entire organization branch.

Prerequisites

In order to perform this activity, a headcount has to have a Completed or Approved status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity, headcount plan will turn back to the Preliminary status.
