Connect MRP Part to Spare Part Family
Explanation
This activity is used to connect MRP parts to a spares family and to help
determine the outcome of the disaggregation process.
Note: Parts belonging to different sites can belong to the same spares
family.
Prerequisites
- A spares family must have been created.
- MRP parts must have been created in Inventory Part.
System Effects
As a result of this activity,
- The system connects MRP parts to a spares family.
- The percentage of Spares Family Forecast this part receives is determined
by the value entered in the Qty Per field.
