Update Customer Order Line Quantity
Explanation
This activity is used to modify the quantity of a customer order line
when an alarm exists for a quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its
pegged customer order lines.
To perform the activity click Update Customer Order Line Qty
on the DOP Alarms page, on the Alarms
tab on the DOP Header page or on the
Alarms tab on the DOP
Order page.
Prerequisites
- The DOP header must have been connected to only one customer order line.
- An alarm must exist on the DOP header due to a quantity mismatch between
the DOP header and its pegged customer order lines.
System Effects
- The alarm for the quantity mismatch between the DOP header and its pegged
customer order lines will be resolved.
- The sales quantity date on the due date on the customer order
line is updated to align with the DOP header quantity.
- Temporary inventory in supply DOP will be reserved to the pegged customer
order line considering the pegged quantity of customer order line.
