This process provides quick and easy way to register purchase demands using assistant function.
It is only possible to use this process if you are registered as a requisitioner in the system.
The first step of assistant shows the inventory and non inventory purchase
parts exist in the user’s default site. It is possible to select parts from
this step and add to the assistant process in order to initiate purchase demands.
Additionally, it is also possible to add parts without using a part number as
well. This can be done by using Add Unregistered Part function
provided in the first step of the assistant.
It is also possible to connect purchase demands to project activity
as an optional step. However, all the demands included in the purchase requisition
will be connected to the same project activity in this process.
It is possible to define pre-posting for purchase requisition as
an optional step as well. However, it must be noted that the code parts enabled
for both purchase requisition header and lines as basic data in the posting
control will be visible in this step of assistant, so that when finalizing the
assistant the information is transferred to the purchase requisition appropriately.
You can view and follow up the progress of the purchase requisitions
created by you later in the process.
