Enter Serial Numbers for Analysis Result
Explanation
This activity is used to enter the serial numbers of the part to be
included in a control plan analysis result.
To enter serial numbers from Analysis Result, click
Enter Serial Numbers.
To enter serial numbers from Shop Floor Workbench,
use one of below procedures:
- Select the operation, click Control Plan and then Enter
Inspection Results. In the dialog, select the analysis for which you
want to enter serials and click Enter Serial Numbers.
- Select the operation and click Operation Guide. In the
dialog, click Enter Serial No for Analysis Result in the
Control Plan Inspection section.
In the Enter Serial Numbers dialog, enable
Selected Serial No for the corresponding serial numbers and click
OK.
Prerequisites
- An analysis must have been created for a shop order.
- The part must be serial tracked, and serial
numbers must have been reserved for the shop order.
- The analysis result contains lines with Variable or
Categorical data type.
System Effects
As a result of this activity, serial numbers to be included in the
analysis result inspections are saved on the analysis result.
