View Vacancies
Explanation
This activity can be used to view vacancies registered in IFS Cloud, with
a possibility to create new vacancies and connect them to Recruitment
Requisitions.
Source identifies whether the vacancy is created manually or through the Headcount
Plan.
Following actions are available:
- Approve: Approves the vacancy.
- Move Back to Registered: Changes the vacancy status
to Registered.
- Start Recruitment: Starts recruitment manually without
creating a Requisition. Use this option if recruitment is performed
in systems outside and then manually close the vacancy in IFS Cloud once
the vacancy is fulfilled.
- View Recruitment Requisition: Opens the Recruitment
Requisition Details page. Visible only for vacancies connected to Requisitions.
- New Recruitment Requisition: Opens the
New Recruitment Requisition Assistant. Only enabled
for approved vacancies.
- Fulfill: Changes the status to Fulfilled
if all the vacancy requests are filled in or Partially Fulfilled
if at least one of the vacancy requests have been filled in.
- Complete: Changes the status to Completed.
- Cancel: Changes the status to Cancelled.
Prerequisites
Vacancies should have been created using the Headcount Plan as well in order
to be displayed in the page apart from the records created in the page itself.
