Add Custom Attributes to CRM-panel

Explanation

This activity is used to add custom fields to the CRM-panel. If a custom attribute has been added for e.g. business opportunity, it can be included in the field configuration for CRM-panel.

Note: Custom Attribute support is limited to entities related to Business Activity, Business Opportunity, Lead, Account and Contact. Also, custom attributes of type Multi-Choice or Boolean cannot be used in the CRM-panel.

Prerequisites

The custom attribute must have been added and published for the relevant entity.

System Effects

If the custom attribute is added and indicated as visible for e.g. business opportunity, it will be included in the Create Opportunity page in the CRM-panel.
