The history shows all changes made to the opportunity or the activity i.e. the status, when it was changed, and by whom etc. Open the Journal section on the Business Opportunity or Business Activity page to view the history. You cannot change any information or values in this section.
A business opportunity or business activity must have been entered and saved.
