Use this activity to add new Contacts to a Request.
You can add a Contact defined as a Customer Contact, as a Communication Method for the Customer, as well as you can create a new Contact just for this current Request.
Basic communication details for the Contacts such as a Phone Number, a Mobile Number and an Email can be defined.
You can also specify one of the Contacts as the Default Contact person for customer communications for this current Request.
A new Contact will be added.
