Use this activity to activate Service Level Packages.
A Service Level Package in Active status can be used in Request SLA Templates and once Active, no more changes are allowed on the Service Level Package Lines. However, changes can be done on the Schedule Lines of a Service Level Package Line even if the status is Active.
An active Service Level Package may not be revised, if it is been used in a Request SLA Template.
The Service Level Package must be in Preliminary status.
The Service Level Package will change the status to Active.
