View Product Details

Explanation

Use this activity to view more information about the product. Via this activity the customer can get information about the product price, physical attributes like volume and weight, characteristic (if they have been defined for the part), components (in the case that part is a package part). If the product has images they will be displayed also. This activity is intended for a B2B user acting as a customer.

You can perform this activity in the lobby page Order Management for Customers and lobby Link: All Products and from Lobby Element: Products.
Use the Details command.

Notes:

• Please mind the notes and prerequisites stated in the activity description of “View All Products”, since it is a preceding activity to this one.

Prerequisites

• In the Customer page, the B2B option must be enabled for the appropriate customer.
• The user must have the appropriate B2B Customer as default customer, set up in B2B User – Customer page.
• In order to present images related to the product, media attachment is needed in the Sales Part page.
