Enter Rental Information
Explanation
This activity is used to connect customer and company specific default transaction
generation schedule if it differs from the default value on the company. The
default value for a renting out line is primarily fetched from the customer
and next from the company. The schedule is used when generating rental transactions
and it is the value on the rental line that is used when it can be manually
updated.
Prerequisites
- Rental component must be installed.
- A customer must have been created and information entered on the
Customer/Sales/General tab.
- Transaction generation schedule must have been entered on the
Transaction Generation
Schedule page.
System Effects
- The transaction generation schedule entered here will be used as the
default value when creating a customer order rental line.
