On the Quotation Details tab, you can enter miscellaneous information associated with a quotation. All information you enter here is optional and includes the following: an External ID, if there is any external reference to the quotation; an Agreement ID, if any customer agreement exists; Region, District and Market to enter regional information; and a Quotation Note, where you can enter notes and comments for future reference.
Price calculation basis is controlled by the Use Price Incl Tax option. The default value for this option is fetched from the customer for normal quotations and from the site for prospect customers. The value can be changed before saving, if necessary.
The sales quotation header must have been entered and saved.
As a result of this entry, additional information is added to the sales quotation.
