This activity is used to view the rolling year information of statutory sick for an employee.
Information is only available in Rolling Year Control page, if absence with Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) is registered by the employee, i.e. absence should be registered using an absence type which is used for statutory sick pay.
Statutory sick pay applies to absence types only if the SSP function type has been used for the divide definition of the absence type. The rolling year for statutory sick pay is the period for which continuous statutory sick pay absence is calculated. When employee registers absence using an absence type with statutory sick pay, the rolling year for statutory sick pay for the employee begins. The divide definition of the absence type will specify how the start date of the rolling year should be determined as well as the maximum gap that is allowed between two absence periods for the rolling year to continue uninterrupted.
In order to perform this activity, employee is required to have registered absence using an absence type which has statutory sick pay.
