Define Rounding of Quantity to Invoice on Site

Explanation

Use this activity to set up rounding for the values in Quantity to Invoice used on work tasks in IFS Service Management.

This setup is available only for Personnel and Tool/Equipment cost types. Users can define rounding with different functions and values provided in Site/Maintenance page Define Rounding and Values for Qty to Invoice section. The allowed Rounding functions are:

• None
• Nearest
• Next
• Last

None rounding function demands no rounding on Quantity to Invoice and it is the default function when a user creates a new site. The allowed Rounding values are:

• First Decimal
• Quarter
• Half
• One

Prerequisites

A site should exist in the system.

System Effects

• This rounding is effective from the time that users time report.
• Quantity to Invoice values related to Personnel and Tool/Equipment cost types in work tasks will round up according to the setting on Site.
