Modify Time to Complete

Explanation

Use this activity to update the hours required for remaining work during the Multiple Visit Handling.

This activity is typically used:

1. During the execution of work assignments in visit chain or,
2. When completing a work assignment of a visit chain, which does not have follow-on visits.
3. When Incomplete a work assignment.

Prerequisites

• Visit chain must exist
• Work Assignment is not Completed or Incompleted or Canceled

System Effects

• In the background it updates the total work duration of the corresponding activity.
• Need Readjustment symbol is displayed on visits in Resource Monitoring Gantt
• If IFS/Planning and Scheduling Optimization is used, then the visit chain is updated accordingly.
