Transfer to Mobile
Explanation
This activity is used to create and transfer a work assignment to a mobile
user. This activity is performed by the work coordinator. Once a mobile
transfer is done, the work task is considered to be in
in-progress stage.
Following options can be used to transfer your work task execution to a
mobile assignment from Subcontract Work Orders > Coordinate Work
Lobby Page,Lobby Section for Work Awarded
and selecting Coordinated By Me Counter to navigate to the work
tasks.
- By Transfer to Mobile command button in list view
- By navigating to Work Task Details and selecting Transfer to Mobile
command button
Prerequisites
- B2B interface, Coordinate Work must be available and
accessible.
- Log in user must have the respective B2B Supplier - User connection.
- Work Task must be coordinated by the logged in User.
- Work Task status must Released or Started
- Contractor mobile resources must be defined as job owner's generic resource employees, within the respective supplier bucket.
- Contractor's assignees have to be defined as mobile users.
System Effects
- Work assignment is created and transferred to the respective
mobile user.
- Mobile user is acknowledged of the work assignment on their mobile
Applications.
- Work Task status is changed as either Released/Transferred To Mobile
or Work Started/Transferred To Mobile.
- Work Task is transferred to
Coordinate Work >
Active Work > In Progress
section.
