Transfer Work Task to the Mobile Device
Explanation
This activity is used to transfer a work task to IFS Mobile Work Order. You
can choose to transfer the work task to a specific mobile user or to users who
have a specific skill set. The work task is transferred during
synchronization between the mobile device and the server. A Work Task (with or
without Resource Demand) can be transferred to Mobile from Aurena client as a
Pool or Pool-Keep task. The “Pool task” is removed from Pool Work in the event
of accepting or starting assignment, whereas the “Pool-keep task” is removed
from Pool Work only if user selects the option “remove from the Pool” in the
event of completing the assignment.
Note: If the work task is scheduled by the Scheduling Engine, it
will not be possible to transfer the work order to the pool. In this instance,
the Pool option will be disabled.
