The work order handling flow starts with a request for work from a potential customer. The request can regard an installation, or a service of any kind. When the sales person and the customer have reached agreement, the necessary information for a work order are already in place and can immediately be activated. The system then automatically generates a work order with the current data of the customer, the object, work order/s, and the possibly agreement.
You can search for previously created work orders for same customer, the object and location before creating a new request. After entering manadatory and additional information, you can also connect task templates and create appoinments from the New Service Request assistant.
