Enter Complementary Information, Work Request
Explanation
This activity is used to enter complementary information for a
work request such as e.g., object ID, item class, planned start and finish dates, operational
status, priority code and work type.
Item classes are inherited from the equipment object, part or object type, or an
item class can be manually entered or edited if necessary.
Prerequisites
- The equipment object must have been defined in the
Functional Object
or Serial Object
pages.
- The item class must have been defined in
Item Classes or
Failure Analysis
Setup Navigator pages.
- Data must haveĀ been defined in Discoveries,
Symptoms, and Priorities pages.
System Effects
- The work request includes more information.
- If an item class is entered, work task templates can be copied to the
work order from it.
