Define/Modify Customer Information
Explanation
Use this activity to view or modify the customer information on a work task
such as:
- Contact information, i.e. the contacts name and phone number.
- Order/Invoice information - such as customer number, service contract
and service line number, order type, and currency.
- After sales information - enter the customer order reference to view
related information.
Select the appropriate work task and navigate to Work task/Customer
Information page. Enter information on relevant fields as required.
Use the List of values where appropriate.
Prerequisites
- A work task must exist.
- Customer should be connected to the work task.
- Service contract and service line for the customer and object should
be created in IFS/Contract Management, Service Contract.
System Effects
Customer information will be defined for the work task.
