Report Work Done
Explanation
This activity is used to set a work task to the Work Done status.
Setting the work task to work done indicates that all work has been performed,
but there may be some reporting left to do.
If Executor sign off requirements exist on the work task, the sign off will
be performed automatically when the status of the work task is changed to
Work Done. When this activity is performed, and certificate requirements
are defined, the system will check whether the current user fulfills requirements
for performing executor sign off, after which the work task will be signed off
and the work task changed to the Work Done status.
Prerequisites
- The work task must have been Released.
System Effects
- The work task is set to the Work Done status.
- If sign off requirement for Executor is used, then Sign Off By
and Sign Off Date is updated with the executor and current date
in the Work Task/Sign Off Requirements
- A journal entry is created for this event. Journal entries are generated
in the Journal submenu in Prepare Work Order
page.
- If the work task is connected to a SLA order line which has a SLA latest
finish and responded date is empty, when the status of the work task is
set to Work Done, the Resolved Date is updated on SLA order
line.
