This activity is used to extract the default functions (absence group functions and absence type functions) which can be used in the company. Absence functions are system defined values which are used for absence group divisions and absence type divisions in the Absence Administration Basic Data page.
Absence group functions and absence type functions are separately defined in the Absence Functions page.
Each function ID has a number of parameters which is shown in the Number of Parameters field. The Function Description field describes the different parameters in a function. Follow the same procedure in the Absence Functions/Absence Type Function section in order to extract the system defined absence type functions.
There are no prerequisites.
As a result of this activity, the separate absence group functions and absence type functions extracted for the company will be available in the respective sections of the Absence Functions page.
