The component repair order consists of a header, together with CRO repairs and exchanges. Against the CRO exchange, the part number and the quantity to be exchanged at the customer is defined. For an exchange the part number and the quantity of the exchange is defined as well as the type of exchange (single, double or loan). You can also use this line to ship out a loan part to the customer. It is not possible to handle services of components owned by different customers on the same component repair order.
It is possible to create CRO exchanges for an existing component repair order as long as the status is Released.
