When IFS connect is not setup properly, the application messages fail. IFS Connect for Allowable Configuration is an integration broker acting as the intermediary between IFS applications and the Maintenix REST API.
Navigate to the Failed Application Messages page through Configuration Change Source page. Click the "Restart All" button on the Failed Application Messages page.The failed messages will be rerouted using the current IFS Connect settings. The users should update their IFS Connect settings if necessary to re-publish the baseline changes to the correct Maintenix API during an integration failure.
The IT admin must have configured IFS connect with the correct password before setting up ATCM. In the case of integration failure Admin needs to update the correct IFS Connect settings.
The change sources will be re-published to the baseline in Maintenix.
