Use this activity to export collected Writeback items to a CSV file. When
collecting the Writeback data, the checkbox Select All Writeback
Data in the Writeback pane will be
selected by default. Clear/select the corresponding checkboxes for each
collected writeback item in order to specify which of the collected items
should be exported to a CSV file. Click
Export in the
Document Actions pane and save the CSV file giving a name. The CSV
file can be used to upload the writeback information to IFS Cloud
at a later time.
e.g. by using External Files functionality in Financials
area.
Make sure to select a Business Reporter report where Writeback has been enabled
in the report design. Required/preferred writeback settings and options have
to be set in design mode.
Data should be collected for writeback to be able
to export.
