This activity is used to define an offset parameter to be used when calculating the end date for crew member allocations.
The offset is used when no member period end date has been defined or when the offset results in an earlier end date than the defined member period end date. This value should always result in a date which is later than the start date. It is not possible to enter a negative offset.
The offset is defined in days and the end date is calculated by adding the offset to the system date. Example; an offset of 30 days will create crew member allocations for today and 30 days in the future.
