This activity is used to reset the status of a manual incident notification
record. This will revert the status of a completed incident notification thereby
enabling you to modify and send the notification again. This option can be used
when it is necessary to modify particulars of a notification after it is completed.
Note: Resetting the notification is only available for manual
notifications
User can use Incident/ Distribution or Incident Distribution Lists to reset the Incident Notifications.
In order to perform this activity, manual incident notification records with Completed status should already exist in the IFS Cloud.
