Use this activity to create a new service object by copying an existing one. You can also choose to copy a quantity of information previously associated with the object to be copied. This can be information such as testpoints/parameters, documents, parties and Skills. While copying the service object, information like new site, new part no, serial number and a new object ID can also be entered. All conditions applied when creating a new service object will be applied here as well.
The service object to be copied must have been retrieved in the window.
As a result of this activity, a service object is copied with the copy options selected. You can make new entries with the object throughout the system.
