Define Company Location

Explanation

This activity is used to define a location with Location Category Company if the REQMGT Component (i.e. the Request Management solution) is enabled.

If the Location Category is Company, only one address is allowed as Type Visit Address.

If Request Management solution(Component REQMGT) is enabled, a Location with Location Category Company is created and a Map Position is automatically retrieved when a Company Address is created in Company/Address page.

Prerequisites

• Company must be defined in IFS/Enterprise with Address Type Visit.

System Effects

As a result of this Activity,

• A location with Location Category Company is created.
• Map Position is automatically retrieved for the Location. The Visit Address per location can be used for map positioning.
