Modify Intrastat Report Lines

Explanation

All EU members must report exported and imported parts to and from other EU countries every month. The authorities use the information for their statistics follow-up. To be able to create this report, the correct information must be selected from the system once a month.

You can change or add information to the Intrastat report lines before the Intrastat report is confirmed. It is also possible to cancel lines that should not be included in the report.

The activity can be performed from Intrastat Lines tab in the Intrastat page:

• Change an intrastat line.
• To change more than one Intrastat line at the same time, select the Update Intrastat Lines option from the menu and in the Update Intrastat Lines assistant enter new values in the fields that should be updated.
• To add a new intrastat line.

Prerequisites

• An Intrastat report in Released status must exist. If it is in Confirmed status, it must first be returned to Released status.

System Effects

The Intrastat report line(s) is updated with the new information.
